(2) The TPU composite extrusion production equipment is extrusion casting molding: plastic particles are plasticized by screws and extruded in a linear shape from the flat die mouth. After stretching, they attach to the surface of flexible substrates such as paper, film, non-woven fabric, and woven fabric. They are cooled, shaped, and pressed to synthesize composite materials that combine the barrier and heat sealing properties of the plastic film layer, the strength and toughness of the substrate, and functional characteristics. At present, this production line can achieve dual use of one machine, which can be used to make pure TPU films or to make TPU film composite substrates on the production line. It can achieve high-speed coating composite, which can reach 100m/min.
