PP+fiberglass impregnated CFRT sheet production line

发布日期:2024-01-06 浏览次数:100

The PP+glass fiber impregnated CFRT sheet production line is a type of production line that produces composite sheets of glass fiber filament and PP resin. After unwinding, the fiberglass filament is heated by the whole filament and enters the mold. Together with the melted PP resin, it enters the three roller calender. After cooling and shaping, it is made into the required thickness product, which is finally stress relieved and wound. The PP fiberglass board produced by this equipment has the characteristics of good rigidity, ultra-high temperature resistance, ultra-low warpage, and high flame retardancy. It can replace high physical properties of engineering plastics in many application scenarios and has a very high cost-effectiveness. Welcome new and old customers from home and abroad to visit our company for guidance and cooperation negotiations. We will provide you with equipment and services!

Continuous glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite (CFRT) tape/sheet is a new type of composite material with excellent properties such as high strength, high modulus, and corrosion resistance, which is made by fully immersing fibers such as glass fiber and carbon fiber in thermoplastic resin.

The company specializes in producing specialized production equipment for CFRT strips/sheets | Glass fiber impregnated CFRT sheet production line, which achieves complete wetting and parallel arrangement of single fibers, and can recycle and reuse edge and waste materials. We provide one-stop services for product design and manufacturing, installation and debugging, and personnel training.

The characteristics of fiberglass reinforcement:

1After glass fiber reinforcement, glass fiber is a high-temperature resistant material, so the heat resistance temperature of reinforced plastics is much higher than before without glass fiber.

2. After fiberglass reinforcement, the addition of fiberglass restricts the mutual movement of polymer chains in plastics. Therefore, the shrinkage rate of reinforced plastics decreases significantly and the rigidity is greatly improved in the production line of CFRT fiberglass impregnated sheets.

3。After glass fiber reinforcement, PP plastic will not crack under stress, and at the same time, the impact resistance of PP is greatly improved.

The main uses of fiberglass

Twistless roving for winding

In order to produce fiberglass pipes of different thicknesses, the winding method for storage tanks has emerged. For untwisted roving used for winding, the following characteristics must be possessed.

1. It must be easy to form a strip, usually ensuring a flat strip shape.

2. Due to the tendency of untwisted coarse yarn to detach from the yarn barrel, it is important to ensure that its unwinding performance is excellent and the resulting silk cannot be as disorderly as a bird's nest.

3. The tension should not fluctuate and there should be no overhanging phenomenon.

4. The requirement for the linear density of untwisted roving is to be uniform and less than the specified value.

5. In order to ensure easy infiltration when passing through the resin tank, it is required that the non twisted roving has good permeability.

Introduction to Composite Materials:

Composite materials are materials with new properties composed of two or more different properties through physical or chemical methods at the macroscopic (microscopic) level.

Various materials complement each other's strengths and weaknesses in performance, creating a synergistic effect, making the comprehensive performance of composite materials superior to the original constituent materials and meeting various different requirements.

Characteristics of composite materials:

Fiber reinforced materials are widely used and widely used in composite materials.

Its characteristics are small specific gravity, high specific strength, and high specific modulus. For example, the composite material of carbon fiber and epoxy resin has a specific strength and specific modulus several times higher than that of steel and aluminum alloys, and also has excellent chemical stability, anti friction and wear resistance, self-lubricating, heat resistance, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, noise reduction, electrical insulation and other properties.
