PLA polylactic acid sheet extrusion production line

PLA polylactic acid starch based biodegradable material is a new type of bio based and fully biodegradable material, made from renewable plant resources (such as corn) proposed starch raw materials. Starch raw materials are saccharified to obtain glucose, which is then fermented with certain strains to produce high-purity lactic acid. Then, a certain molecular weight of polylactic acid is synthesized through chemical synthesis methods. It has good biodegradability and can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature under specific conditions after use, ultimately generating carbon dioxide and water, which do not cause pollution to soil and air, and can increase soil fertility, return to nature, and not pollute the environment. This is very beneficial for environmental protection and is recognized as an environmentally friendly material.

Polylactic acid is a new type of polyester material, which has similar properties to existing plastics such as polyethylene, but can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature, and has excellent biocompatibility. It is an important alternative material to solve the problem of white pollution, and has great potential in the fields of medical health and home textiles, such as fast food boxes, express bags, tableware, shopping bags, moisturizing films, and insulation boxes.


The PLA polylactic acid sheet extrusion equipment has the following characteristics:

The extrusion system adopts pressure closed-loop feedback control technology, and the temperature field of heating and cooling adopts dual PID control technology;

The whole machine adopts PLC control, achieving parameter setting, data calculation and feedback, and providing real-time improvement measures.
